If you are not satisfied with your purchase simply return the goods in an unused condition & in their original packaging and condition within 7 days of purchase. We will then credit your account to the value of the goods. The postage costs in getting the goods to you are however not refundable. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the safe return of the goods. The customer's return shipping costs cannot be refunded. Please note that custom made-to-order goods cannot be refunded. SIMPLISTICALLY, YOU CAN RETURN ANY ORDER WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIVING IT FOR A REFUND, PROVIDING IT IS RETURNED IN THE SAME CONDITION SUPPLIED TO YOU, OR EXCHANGE FOR A BIGGER/SMALLER SIZE.
