Shopping Terms
Although we carry a large stock, some items are specially ordered for you.
Therefore most orders are sent within 14 days but please allow 28 days.
We will make every effort to inform you of any delays exceeding this time frame and keep you up to date on the progress of your order.
Items may be returned (only if unused / unworn) for refund, but postage costs are non-refundable. All returns must be within 7 days. Please see "returns section" for full details.
We will not accept responsibility for items lost in the post, so advise use of recorded delivery.
Full refunds will be given at the discretion of the Company Management.
Please ensure you select the correct size for you, with stiletto high heels it is sometimes advisable
to select the next size up to your usual shoe size. If you need to exchange for another size postage will be payable by you.
Due to Postal service losses we are no longer offering a standard 1st class delivery. All goods will be delivered using recorded delivery or parcel force. unfortunately this does mean an increase in postage prices, but feel this is preferable to goods getting lost on the way to you.
The company management reserves the right to cancel or decline any order without explanation.

Should your delivery be refused, or not collected costs of retracting the goods back to us would be chargeable to you.
